Learned that petit Syrah is really the durif grape with this one. Lightly sweet with jammy flavors and a hint of chocolate and cherry. Had with caprese and cheese and meat and bread. Had a lighter body and lighter tannins. Wasn’t a fantastic wine but more simple and totally enjoyable. Look forward to finding more of these!

Dark color, good fruit flavor, even on the palate. Drinking well now. Blend of Durif and Shiraz from down under.
