Used to drink their Spanish Cava. Thought I would try this one. Sort of a lemon bomb for me. Wasn’t unpleasant, but don’t totally feel like this drank like a Pinot Grigio. I absolutely bought this for the bottle. I bet this would make a fantastic lemon risotto to go with fish or chicken. — 15 days ago

Had the 2023 with chicken in a tarragon cream sauce. Wine was light and pleasant. A hint of floral character along with some peach and apricot. A light hint of minerality helped cut through the cream sauce. Was a nice little wine. — 25 days ago
Had the 2021 in November of 2025. Fantastic wine. Black cherry on the nose for sure. Hints of plum and very dry. Paired extremely well with Greek style baked beans and Greek meatballs in a rich tomato sauce. The hint of cinnamon in both dishes made this wine stand out. Hope to have again. — 7 days ago
Enjoyed the 2024 way more than than the 2021 from a previous rating. This one had some blackberry and herbal notes. Very smooth and light tannins at the finish. Super easy drinking. Paired with a cheese board quite nicely. — 8 days ago
Had the 2023 in November of 2025. Was a little different kind of Pinot noir. Some strawberry, cherry and raspberry with a little bit of an herby note. Definite oak that felt like it wasn’t truly aged in oak barrels. Paired well with butternut squash Mac and cheese and salmon. Was a WSJ wine. — 17 days ago
