Had the 2021 in January of 2025. What am interesting wine. Some dark cherry and violet. Light tannins-bottle said a hint of smokey vanilla. Was a soft wine that I expected to just have a bigger jammy flavor. Really enjoyed this one and am happy I have another body. — 4 days ago
Had the 2023 in January of 2024. Nice little Bordeaux. Some dark cherry and plum up front with a whisper of spice and oak on the finish. Definitely opened up with some time. — 3 days ago
Had the 2019 in January of 2025. What an interesting wine. Some citrus-lime and lemon. White peach with some floral notes support the citrus. Some slight minerality that keeps all the flavors in check and gives this wine a refreshing balance. Would buy again. — 6 days ago
Simple little cava. Yeasty aroma and flavor. Some pear, citrus and almond. Totally enjoyable for any time and occasion. And affordable. — 3 days ago
Had the 2023 in January of 2025. First sip out of the glass was strange. Kind of sour fruit, butter and wood. Gave it time to breathe and swirled in the glass and then it was really good. Light fruits- dark cherry and blackberry. Hints of wood and leather in the finish. I always tend to jump right in. Have a decanter but don’t always head to it based on other people’s comments, I probably should have! But time in the glass was kind. Was a very interesting wine that I would love to have again. — 9 days ago

Paired this one with gulyas and it was tasty. Had the 2017 in January if 2024. Decided to aerate it due to it’s age and being unfamiliar with the grapes in it. Some fruits and a light musty quality that wasn’t overpowering. Some mild cherry overtones with a slightly tannic finish. Very interesting wine. I would drink this one again. — 2 days ago
