70% Pais, 30% Carignan. Very Gamay --> Grenache like fruit. Glou Glou fruit, lots of mint & spice. One to drink up!

Dusty, brambly raspberry, strawberry, and blackberry. Acidic with light tannins. With a nice chill this was frivolous and refreshing after a 5 hour drive. Hits the spot. Pais planted in 1870.

Very good chilled. Lighter/crisp but lots of flavor. Goes well with below deck med and pesto.
