Medium ruby. Some dried berry and a hint of earth in the nose, muted. Noticeable CO2 on palate entry. In the mouth some floral/violet perfume shows up. Relatively simple. It was a good choice with a smoked pork bacon tomatoes sauce pasta.

Restricted and sour, but gets better after 2+ hours open. Quite dry. Ok, but not my style for reds. I prefer the Nebbiolo from this producer. #garagiste
