Mediocre Shiraz of fruity lattice. Lacks vitality, depth & consistency.
Dark cherry red, good transparency. Crimson rim.
Aroma of autumn forest after the rain (wet fallen leaves & mushrooms), plus overripe cherry & smoky prunes.
Medium to light body. Obvious lack of acidity and tannins. Flavors of dark cherry, mulberry, chokeberry, black currant, touch of vanilla.
Some tannins pop-up on quite short finish.
Pairing… doesn't matter ;) Be sure to drink it within 1 hr when opened.
