Vibrant ruby in color with aromas of ripe plum and cherry-vanilla. Lighter in weight than expected but the malo fermentation yields rich notes of toasted oak, cedar, chocolate, and spice riding on a velvety smooth palate.

Cherry and plum with complex dry up front. Savory sweet lingering finish with cedar in the background. Very delicious wine.
