Cinghiale Vineyard Fort Ross-Seaview Syrah

Over the hill, (already?), and disjointed.

Thought I was out of this but found a straggler. White pepper, burnt Carmel, moderate jam, and slightly sweet with an off dry finish.

Last bottle sadness. I will miss the nose most. Vanilla, mint, and blackberry jam. Like a sundae with a longer buzz.

So, the nose on this is insane. Wildflowers and cinnamon simmering in perfume. Smooth palate of blue fruits. Sweet, tanninless. Really really good. No pepper which is a plus. Rich.

Jet black in the glass with a purple ring. The legs lasted like an hour running down the decanter after pouring it. Sweet strawberry nose and palate. Really long and almost sweet finish with a little grip and tannin. This stuff is awesome!
