Darnajou oak is my favorite Reserve DD barrel. “Dave’s barrel” as they call it on their wine steeped cave tour. My favorite. -14 so far. Pop and pour and drinking in its prime. Bevanesque opulence. Big red and blue fruit mixed with minty brown sugar (not overdone). 💥
