Celebrating an LNP win in the Qld State Election. Aromatics of citrus, also Granny Smith apple which persist on the palate with great length. Reflecting the excellent vintage and excellent producer. 9 years on lees. After all, this is basically the 2nd label of Salon. A very good BdB. See previous Delectable note. One of the 1001 Wines.

Off the Grasings list in Carmel. Light straw color. Great energy in the glass. Notes of light citrus, white orchard fruits and crushed white stone. Has a memorable mousse in its impact. Got better with a few hours of air. Top notch. Salon quality at a more reasonable price.

Straw gold. Vibrant and active. Notes of bread basket, kiwi, a little apricot and a lot of gravel stone. The mouth feel is frothy yet soft like mousse. Lots of energy. Great juice, huge potential and upside. Based on this bottle I can only wonder what the 08 Salon is like...

Dull light straw gold. Great energy in the glass with ample fine bubbles. Has a stone and light citrus driven nose that comes across as a nice mousse. Long finish. This is great juice. Had to try this but the rest pack will sit for some needed age.

A very fresh nose of pears, apples and brioche. A zesty palate that is showing nice length and some complexity.
