Off the Grasings list in Carmel. Light straw color. Great energy in the glass. Notes of light citrus, white orchard fruits and crushed white stone. Has a memorable mousse in its impact. Got better with a few hours of air. Top notch. Salon quality at a more reasonable price.

May 8th, 2020Dull light straw gold. Great energy in the glass with ample fine bubbles. Has a stone and light citrus driven nose that comes across as a nice mousse. Long finish. This is great juice. Had to try this but the rest pack will sit for some needed age.
