Grapefruit pith, lemon and something floral I can’t put my finger on. Refreshing when you’ve walked over 5 miles at Disney and you’re not done yet. Taking a much needed break.

Bone dry rose, Grenache,
Mourvèdre, Cinsault. Crisp and delicious, will pair nicely with spatchcocked chicken and a simple salad.
