Very crisp for a Pinot, almost like a Sauvignon Blanc. Clean.

It was fine. Crisp enough to stand up to a spicy shrimp pasta. Might want something with a bit more bite, or acidity with this spicy dish. Dinner with Joanna after little Lou went to bed.
