Dried apricots, fuyu persimmons, clementines, white pepper, orange blossom, barnyard, geraniums. Fresh lively acidity, light juicy body, dusty tannins, long complex citrus, floral, herbal finish, reminiscent of a lambic sour beer. Equal parts Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, Marsanne, Unknown Indigenous Varietal all biodynamic. Skin contact 3 months, a nice introduction to the world of orange wines.
