I am usually a champagne or nothing kind of guy, but Clairette de Die is fun...and cheap, though I have a hard time finding it in our area. Nuttier nose leads the sweetness of the palate to be a bit surprising. A crowd pleaser if you are looking to give your audience something new but not pretentious.
