Enz Vineyard Mourvèdre

Dark fruit at the start. Some strong gripping tannins on the finish. Probably could use some cellar time.

Third bottle and excellent! One more left. So much earth and herbs and bright red fruits. I love this wine. I’ve had two Mourvèdre wines I really enjoy from wineries that have shut down, who is using this fruit now? What other wineries can I get crunchy Mourvèdre that has a whisper of bandol but at the same time is hippie California?

2017! Outstanding wine. Tasting great. So fresh but with some darker fruits. Stone, earth. So glad I was able to find some bottles to bring back the dirty and rowdy magic. Great wine

Last of its kind!

Very aromatic, woody, rough, plums. Soft and smooth smooth, easy. Developed a bit of spice on the 2nd day.

Half of bottle six-hour decant. Second half decanted overnight.
