Damn drinkable. Dare I say gulp able. Slight sour, fresh, bright. Not exciting, but good!

Had this at a lecture on ancient fermentation, props to Dogfish for trying this, its fruity, a little earthy, and very complex with a touch of cough medicine.

Really didn't like this - nose was somewhat intriguing but it was all over the place - disjointed and out of balance on palate... Sometimes Dogfish just tries 2 hard
