Nice nose of spice, mid season cherry, dark rustling leaves, wet moss, dark flowers, and lots of mineral. Terrific depth and ebullience on the nose. Palate is ripe and juicy but a bit one note, lacking in energy and the tannins seem a bit much for the vintage. Let’s see where this goes.

Solid Burgundy, very well-made but not exceptional, and a little overpriced. Strong cherry flavor, and no harsh tannins or off flavors.
