Opened at a restaurant half an hour before consumption. At first the nose is a bit reticent, but with time, it opens to lovely aromas of spice and red fruits. The palate is silky and lacey. The acidity still weaving a vibrancy to the flavors. Tannins are perfectly resolved. This is wonderful, mature Gevrey and why we age our wines. And it’s Bachelet!
