Laguzelle Minervois Carignan Blend

Woah. Minervois FTW. Much akin to non carbonic gamay. Peppery and meaty with tart red fruits and fine tannin. Red wine for warm temps.

Earthy nose with acid and medium body with fruitiness galore. Cinault Syrah Carignan. Quite balanced and medium finish. 13% ABV. JL tasting 8/16/16 Biodynamic. Good value at $15.
