Les Chabiots Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Fruit is mostly gone (as expected) but this is still thrilling even this late in its life. Soy sauce and umami-laden nose and palate. While the wine leans quite savory it is still lifted and ethereal. A great learning experience.
