Medium dark robe, good tension between Maranges stank, floral notes, brambly fruit, and mineral tang. Acid/fruit/earth/tannin matrix spot-on. Perfect with pan-roasted pork chop, Brussels sprouts, buttermilk mashed potatoes. Absolute re-buy.
