Cuvée Collection Ministre Imperial Red Blend

Last had nearly 2 years ago. Really delicious. Quite ripe but so interesting and deep in its own way.

Really a lovely and interesting wine from Corsica. Was actually relatively accessible with a couple hours of air. Medium bodied with great earth, fruit, and acid driven tension on the finish. Nice pairing with osso buco.

Nice, earthy red wine. Leave open a long time before consuming. Powerful, intense, deep flavors of plum and black cherry.

Tonight this is the very best red wine ever. Unbelievable ❤️

Loving my Corsican wines. This is great stuff. Thought it might be to big for being so young but NO. It’s drinking fine. Nice fruit and oh so delicious.
