Dec 23rd, 2021This is brooding dark and tight. Very dense with a slightly odd sweet edges thing on the nose. A lovely dense palate. This is serious stuff. More masculine and bloody than the others tonight. Serious fruit but young.

A very assertive nose that says I am here .
An exciting mixture of fruit , running the gamut of colors, earth and spice . The palate while welcoming was not as gregarious as the nose . All of the nose was represented on the palate along with a streak of mineral but it was presented in an “uptight “ personality . Perhaps time will loosen up that personality.
