Lots of sweet cherry, earth, iron, mineral & baking spices. Surprisingly open but structured for the long haul.

Bright red fruits w baking spice notes. Had it w Xmas Pernil (roast pork) and it matched beautifully bringing out notes of cloves in both the wine and pork. The match took the wine up a notch.
