I am happy to have bought a case of this! This rosé is feather light and refreshing but still has great presence and strawberry fruit. It was lovely with Cinnamon's miso glazed wild salmon, grilled romaine and garlic bread.

This organic rose had all the virtues of top Provençal juice. Dry, nearly SB like in its refreshing quality but with round, cool fruit. Excellent with Cinnamon's fried chicken & panzanella.
