Drinking with Mom and Dad to celebrate New Years Eve Eve! The color is deep and dark red, with that browning around the edge characteristic of age. The nose is dark red fruit, cherry and cranberry. The flavor is definitely the dark red fruit, juicy but mellow. Tannic for sure but doesn't last as long as I would expect. The dryness is intense. Would definitely drink again, gift from Duffy and bought from Kay at about $60.

Deep seductive blue and black fruit nose. Rich, plush dark fruit with a vegetal note. Med full bodied. Luxurious and harmonious. Sweet but with enough fine tannin to provide structure. Still very primal but will develop over next 10+ yrs. yumster.
