Dark. Rich. Tobacco and dense fruit. Some roasting signs. Decent balance.

Roasted, dark, intense... a little over the top

Dark fruit, roasted notes with herbs (thyme, sage), intense gaminess. A bit overripe for me, but lots going on. Perhaps with an intense meat dish a good match?
