What a wonderful Rośe from Domaine Tavel the de Bois. I know I drank the wine colder than it should be consumed, but what a guilty pleasure, the nose had a hint of raspberry soda, and the palate was like an explosion of a dry adult raspberry soda, and withe the French bread & tomatoes with basil, I could not have asked for anything better!!! — 5 years ago

Sh-t. I mean. This starts inconspicuous but becomes more energetic with each day open. Coiled acid and melting taffy. Aching red fruit; dripping, swirling mineral dust. Subtly sweet, then unexpectedly dry, with a powdery texture. Worthy parallel to eg bandol rose, but even more acid. — 6 months ago
Harmonious, polished complex. Just not quite as good as some of the others. — 6 years ago

Very approachable and seamless. Dark fruits, iron, terracotta, citrus. Chapoutier always delivers serious wines. — a month ago
