Le Nain Violet Grenache

I thought there was a lot of Bang for the Buck! Big Juicey Grenache! A little too youthful but a Real mouthful of Flavors Red raspberry with hints of heavier components.

Nose is tobacco. Taste is peppery, leather, and licorice. This bottle is not opening up that great.

Not as good as it once was🤷🏻‍♀️

Bought a case of these last year. Halfway through the case only one bottle was remotely drinkable, which dashed any remaining hope that the second half of the case would be fine. Tonight I finally decided to act on my suspicions and sure enough, one after another...all corked and lifeless. RIP.

Corked. I’m actually quite surprised that after having consumed probably 150 bottles of this stuff over the years this is the first one that’s been bad. #sharpiejuice

I don’t know what I’ve had more of in my lifetime, water or this Grenache 👊🏻
