What's it like to be a Sommelier - lonely, only bottles like these for friends - don't I wish

A healthy light ruby red core just slowing garnet at the wide watery rim. On the nose there is ripe red fruits and floral character , not overly aromatic however and has taken almost 2 hours in decanter . On the palate there is a lightness of touch but lovely sweet ripe fruit and and incredibly long elegant finish , medium bodied, the acidity is perfect. Coming back to the last glass in a closed lightly chilled decanter after almost 8 hours , it's is still very much alive still the lovely raspberry and floral aromas, more defined and projected now. Still beautiful on the palate. I think this is great now though there is no rush, will probably keep well for another 5 years.
