Tart and dried red fruit, sanguine, some NFO, potpourri, blood orange rind, and potting soil. Med tannins, med+ acidity, excellent!

Wonderfully "classic" Burgundian nose of mushroom and forest floor. Nice structure with some decent grip. I'd let it sit for a while longer, but it's still yummy.

Nose was on point, shut down after an hour. Out of 375ml

Very reduced and slightly funky on opening - this really needed two hrs of air. Black cherry, mineral, sous bois, fine tannin, powerful 🔥🎉👌

I enjoyed it in a magnum but more significant tannins than I expected.
