Dark scarlet tawny color. Almost opaque. Strong CdP nose. Notes of herbs, red fruit, dry brush, dusty earth. Good balance in the mouth with fruit, acidity and structure. A bit over the top in its delivery with some heat involved, and a bit medicinal, but I liked this more than I thought I would.

A real treat....all the fruit is in its tertiary phase now. Makes me want to put more effort into aging wine but I suck at patience. The 15% alcohol is hidden in a great way. Wondering where in its life this wine is...lots of life left for sure. Thanks Mike! !
