어렵다. 맛있다.
첫 sip에서 특이하게 퍼지는 나무향과 스트럭처만 보였는데.. 마실수록 올라오는 finish 향! 그러면서 아주 천천히 지긋이 묵직하게 눌러주는 뜨거움!
그 발란스가 너무도 좋다!
다음엔 널 온전히, 완전히 느끼고 싶다!

Cherry liqueur, dried blackberries, black currants, bay leaf, dried oregano, white pepper, creme yvette. Fresh acidity, medium bodied, satin texture, mild smooth velvet tannins, herbal-smoky-slightly foral/fruity finish. Great fruit/herbal balance, aromatics evolved in glass. Decanting recommended for this producer. I’m drinking this too young, still really enjoyable, has the structure to be phenomenal, cellaring will be rewarded.
