Holy moly this bad boy demands your attention. Game, fig on nose, tar, blueberry liquor, little blasts of prune and dried fig. Dense. Going to revisit when we make a cassoulet someday

Not my usual tipple but this was very good. Nose was somewhat reductive at first but opened with time. Tried over two days. Wine held up very well. Should age well. A great mix of dark fruits and savory and mineral character.
