Interesting blend of 40 Jacquere, 40 Chardonnay and 20 rare Mondeuse Blanche.
Fresh apple, chalk, daisy, touch of pear nose. Med body with great acidity tension and herbal appley palate. Light bitter touch adding to the palate complexity. Liquorice, apple followed by fried shiitake and later by some oxi notes aftertaste.
A great wine on the palate, if you can handle the alpine acidity.
