Pretty intense aromas of bruised apple, honey and white/yellow florals. A bit Riesling-like, or Loire Chenin without the texture. Body is two-faced, both lean and low-alcohol, but simultaneously somewhat oily. Tart, round sine-wave acidity. I can respect what’s going on here but it’s not entirely working for me.

Very honeyed nose with ripe yellow apple. Good acid. Would have guessed Chenin.
