Absolutely fantastic. Loads of orchard fruit, wild honey and beeswax...it's like walking through apricot trees while tasting raw honey. A touch of pithy zip undertones and a floral bouquet linger balanced with pleasing sweetness. Just gorgeous.

1990 vintage. Quite exceptional, considering its age. Poached pears, burnt orange peel, over ripe nectarine, bruleed quince, over- steeped green tea, green almond, orange blossom water. Definitely very mature, but still has a great zing of acid and a very long finish.
