Incredible aromatics if candied orange peel, marmalade, white florals, fresh honey, apricot nectar and glazed citron. High acid here that cleans up the sweet palate amazingly well.

With pâté . Or foie gras.
Very inexpensive Coteaux du Layon. Smells dry, looks deep in colour. Not overtly sweet for a Chenin blanc. Drinks very clean and simple.
