Had this a few weeks ago but only putting it into Delectable now. Amazing wine, what else is there to say? Baumard's Quarts de Chaume always delivers. Straight up delicious, the sweetness is perfectly balanced with a serious acid kick and the nose has developed profundity over time. At 15 years old, the wine is in a good place but could keep going.
