Ripe cherry and cranberry scents. Bright limestony mineral notes. Sweet spice. Lively in the mouth. Soft, lots of chalky minerality. Great acids. Great value.

Fairly dark Ruby, especially for a Pinot, wine is a bit cloudy, medium viscosity. Nose sees bright red raspberries and cranberries, some oak, cigar box, wet, rotting hay. Palette sees more earthy notes, oak, cigar box, and tart red fruits, medium+ acid. There is the feeling of bubbles on your tongue. Surprisingly vivid and fruity for a French Pinot, moving more toward earthy notes as the wine opens up. Paired very well with Copper River salmon and roasted butternut squash.

Dried cranberry. Acidic, juicy and light. Best with a slight chill. 11.5% #garagiste
