Beautiful wine. Could be used as a serious pairing for rich fatty pork or chicken dishes (pork with roasted apples and brown butter tonight for me) or simply as a "glou glou" wine. Light bright cherries lifted by peach blossums and considerable acidity. Could age but i dont have the will power. Slight chill and get at it.
