Blue fruits which is unusual for a cabernet franc... Some raspberry and pencil shavings there as well. A little bit of green pepper comes out on the finish. Round enough.

Bonjour l'écurie. Apparemment ce n'est pas un problème récurrent pour ce vin si on se fie aux notes de dégustation. Il a également sans doute besoin d'un temps d'ouverture plus long.

Interesting fermented aroma in the early stages of opening. Then a nice artificial blueberry opening, pencil shavings and a delicious body that seems complex but balanced. A consistent sweetness and a faint smokiness on the finish.

More rounder and fuller than a normal can franc. More terroir driven fruit with that vegetal tinge. Give it some air and you'll be justly rewarded

Surprisingly gamey and a little funky, this was unlike any cab franc I've had before and my first from Loire. Very good food wine!

I couldn't really spot this one. I use some odd mouth wash Kind of hot fruit forward but muddy. Probably too young
