New Years with the main courses: beef Wellington, roasted broccoli with garlic sauce, roasted carrots with thyme. 2016 decanted 4+ hours & think that really helped make a sleeker yet soulful, deeply red fruited & garrique. A solid good. Apparently the only wine this producer makes. That’s cool.

Structured, crisp, clean fruit. Easy to drink with or without food. We thought it was a medium body wine not light body because of the pepper notes.
