Yes it was a 2007 as once again it was in a 375 shiner. Totally fooled on this. More dense than I would've expected for 07. A touch reduced but not in too funky of a way. Learned some interesting things about reduction tonight from Diana and Jeremy. How it's much more likely to occur with properties using Biodynamic farming practices. Fascinating.

Still tight & youthful that will need more time showing red & black cherry with lots of floral, spice & mineral.

Explosively perfumed with brown sugar, spice, tomato skin, and dark cherry, it sweet on the palate with fine tannin, it exemplifies Dujac's exotic charm which always seems to be dialed up a notch in the Charmes-Chambertin.
