Clos de la Roche Grand Cru Pinot Noir

A gorgeous nose. Plum and iron. Delicate herbal notes. Garrigue. Black cherry and floral notes. Pure and long.

This has a spectacularly expansive nose. Roses, dark cherry, floral stuff, some underbrush. Sweet, delicate, succulent and heady. Really brilliant on the nose. The palate is soft and resolved but vibrant. A touch feminine and super sexy with sweet edges. Very long and dazzling. Wow.

2001 was balance and silky. Black tea and ripe berries

Easily the best bottle of this wine I've had. Pure and stellar!

The nose on this is poppin' off right now.

Sick bottle. Once again better then the one last week.

I noticed this one had a lowish full for its age so decided to open it...wow...nothing wrong with this bottle!

Beautiful drinking Dujac that is just entering its prime drinking window showing cherry, berry fruit, classic Dujac spice, mineral, hint of tobacco with violets.

drank over 2 hours. Got better and better over the 1st hour, stayed great for another 30 mins then started to get sharp and dull.
