This had been open for a day, so not really at its best, drank a little blunt, amazing structure, would love to see it in a few years.

Infantilism but hey I didn't open it. Powerful yet sinewy!

Wound up earth, red and purple violets, raspberry, and tobacco. Way too early. From magnum.

Much better than out of bottle at the domaine almost two years ago. Lacking, thankfully, the green herbal character that was prevalent than.

Showing well with its dark cherry, berry fruit, classic Dujac spice, stemmy, earth & violet notes.

Nez de fruits rouges, des épices, nez qui évolue pour le mieux, aucune verdeur, bouche avenante, puissance et finesse ici aussi, encore une belle acidité, bel équilibre et longueur. Difficile de départager 2006 et 2011. Légère préférence pour 2006 au départ mais à la longue, pas certain, 2 beaux vins. 94-95

Nice nose of red fruit, spices, nose that gets better and better in the glass, power and finesse also, balance and length are grand cru level. Hard to say which one I prefer vs 06.

Weird one. Bit of a grumpy bottle. Very youthful. Went through a different phase every 30 minutes, some delicious, some not. At its best, a 9.3 with dark fruit, smoke, and a mineral drenched finish. At its worst, green and sinewy as many 2011s can be.
