
Among the most interesting natural wines I've tasted recently. Nose of grilled pineapple, mandarín oil, agave, dried grass, and a metallic, residue of welding aromas. Thickly textured with a hint of botrytis. Pretty dry and a good foil to beans greens and rice. Loves country ham.
