From a good looking bottle, decanted for 2 hrs. Dark scarlet, almost opaque. Awesome perfumed nose. Notes of red fruit, black cherries, Asian spice, some menthol and some moist dark soil. Silky in the mouth. After a few hours the aromatics quieted down. Better showing tonight than the last bottle in 2020.

Reddish tawny color. Deep brooding nose. Notes of black cherry, sois bois, Asian spice and moist soil. Needed 7 hours in a decanter to show its stuff. Silky and memorable.

Tawny, clear and bright. Nose of cranberry, black cherry, mushroom, some pepper and dark spice. Refined in the mouth. Good fruit, lots of structure. Masculine. A dry finish. Some sweetness in the nose appears with air. Curious where this will go in a few years.

Rich, young wine. Still primary. Needs 5-10 more years to grow up and be what it will become.
