Completely reductive aromatically and what aromas were there were things I don't want to put in my mouth (cow shit, bitter herbs, rotten mushrooms) On the palate it was so sour and challenging to drink. The hype is real with this one.

My first Guiberteau was squeaky clean and shows the pedigree I expected. Lime and stone dominate the nose with a light whiff of honey. The palate is laser sharp, with juicy and fresh acids. #chenin #guiberteau
