Enjoying aat RN74 after PinotFest with oysters, escargots, frites and pretzels. Incredible acidity and minerality. Bone dry. Not oxidative.

Just enough on the nose to keep things perk intrigue, but on the palate things get interesting. A blast of acidity precedes great notes of melon, candied pineapple, and passion fruit. Finish is long with a nice Limey, waxy, wet stone touch. Bring out the shellfish and butter for this one.
