Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc

So so fresh. Happy to be into '14 as the '13s didn't taste like Sancerre. This ones a no doubter #sancerre #sauvblanc #msclassic

If you've never done acid, this is where you should start.

Perfect! Mineral richness on point..

It's not a ruse. There really is Sancerre in this bottle. Gentle, lemony and floral, not aggressive, but just right.

Good acidity and citrus flavors...I would have preferred more minerality, but still good and refreshing.

Stony lemon nose, lightly grassy but clean, round body from lees contact, pleasant with a mineralic finish. Looking for more nuance, more flavor, and crisper acidity.

First dinner with Duszaks. A terrific Sancerre. Floral lemony minerality notes on nose and savory salty profile on palate with almost oily texture and a long biting finish. Needs time. Ok with Asian food from Jasmine but not great pairing. Impressive wine though! Will need to lay down for years.

Uneventful. Even made sure to give it air.

Excellent. Bright with citrus slightly dry.

Floral with notes of melon on the nose. Taste of honey and grapefruit. Well balanced acidity. Spicy finish.
